What isn't clear in op-ed or bill is whether the funding would come from current production on federal lands or production in newly opened areas. Can you clarify Senator whether funds from come existing revenue or new?

I can support a National Park Restoration Act, as long as it does not rely on selling lands or increasing mining/drilling. We should be able to maintain and protect our national treasures without exploiting or compromising the environment.
