"Boost productivity"?? They are students not a corporate tool. The point of school is to educate students. It is why they are called students. They will use wifi for fun and social media. You are divorced from reality

You won't easily find a bigger Gardner critic than me. However, I'm working on this project, and we have tight policy controls in place for these busses so things like social media, Netflix, and other non educational resources. will be blocked!
