Please, Cory. Tell me why the GOP felt it necessary to tie this bill to CHIP funding? You would have received (and still would) get 100% Dem support to pass a clean bill when it expired in September. What did you say then?

There was over 100 days to fund CHIP. GOP did nothing. This shutdown is because of President Trump’s inconsistency & the GOP trying to deal with the inconsistency.
