In 2012, Coloradans legalized marijuana at the ballot box & the state created an apparatus to regulate the legal marijuana industry. But because of the one-size-fits-all federal prohibition, state decisions like this put Colorado & other states at odds with the federal gov't.

So does this mean that if you're in a pro recreational marijuana state that you will no longer be fired/denied employment for testing positive for THC on a drug test? As long as you're not under the under the influence on the job of course. -Michigan
