Given that the new head of the EPA, just approved by the Senate, is a lobbyist who worked for big coal among other polluters and is into deregulation, why bother? Just give Trump a rubber stamp....it would be even more efficient than the Senate going through the motions.

One month ago Gardner said he wanted to wait for the results of a DOD-funded study before taking action on PFAS, a study that will take 5-7 years to complete.
