So are you aware that the Bureau of Indian Affairs is impacted by the shutdown which means all the funding that runs through them for this purpose is completely stopped here in Colorado.

Step One: Open the damn government. Step Two: Pay the federal workers and contractors that the president has been exploiting. Step Three: Go back to sending "Aren't I moderate and reasonable" press releases.
