The failures in the construction of this facility are well-documented and represent a dark chapter in the VA’s history - I have made it clear to Mr. Wilkie that the VA’s past errors are to never be repeated.

I look forward to continuing to work with the VA and Mr. Wilkie to make sure that the federal government is doing everything it can to treat those who have served our country with honor.
