I sent a letter to @realDonaldTrump today urging him to nominate Judge Allison Eid to fill Justice Kennedy's seat. Judge Eid currently serves on the United States Court of Appeals for the Tenth Circuit in Colorado.

Time to follow your own advice. "Our next election is too soon and the stakes are too high; the American people deserve a role in this process as the next Supreme Court Justice will influence the direction of this country for years to come"

I urge you to hold off nominating or confirming ANYONE this president nominates. He is under federal investigation and should not be making SCOTUS appointments. Plus, what about

Judge Eid would make a fine appointment:
by a future GOP President
who is not under FBI investigation
for colluding with a hostile foreign power
not in an election year

If you like her, she must be horrible for all non rich old white people. We remember 2016, no Supreme Court vote until after the election.
