I sent a letter to @realDonaldTrump today urging him to nominate Judge Allison Eid to fill Justice Kennedy's seat. Judge Eid currently serves on the United States Court of Appeals for the Tenth Circuit in Colorado.
I hold Judge Eid in the highest regard & am confident her qualifications make her a great candidate to serve on SCOTUS. She is a a well-qualified jurist, mainstream conservative, & someone who will take the cases where the law leads her & not try to legislate from the bench.

Sorry Senator, but it's an election year, and as a voter, I deserve to have a say in this nomination process. Will you please send Trump a letter telling him not to nominate ANY justice until the voters have had a chance to make their voices heard in November?
