If we had any integrity we would have already shut down all our bases in Saudi Arabia. I would like to know why we are even there. They have oil. If we need it we can buy it at the going rate. That's how commerce works.

Depends how the contract was written. It may not have included a provision for reimbursement. Whether omitted by design or oversight, it would take a diplomatic approach to revise the contract & collect retroactively or in the future, especially w/open talk abt dropping support.
