    Senator Bill Nelson‏Verified account @SenBillNelson 21 Nov 2017

FCC Chairman Pai just released his plan to end the rules that protect consumers’ right to a truly free and open internet. This reckless plan will fundamentally change the internet as we know it!

I've already called & messaged the junior senator from #Florida on this issue @SenBillNelson to insist that he take a stand (for once?) for his constituents. Thank you for representing our interests over corporations that want to restrict our #NetNeutrality

Text RESIST to 50409 to contact your representatives. The internet isn’t broken - don’t let them fix it to favor big corporations. Keep the internet free

Why is Trump and his cabinet of cronies being allowed to destroy everything good about America? Pretty soon they are gonna tear down the Statue of Liberty.

Please stand in opposition to it, and confront Chairman Pai personally about if you have a chance. This will ruin a great deal more than we know if allowed.

Or put a more honest way: This plan will make sure Facebook, Google, and other high resource using companies have to pay for the bandwidth they use and *gasp* COMPETE! https://www.cato.org/blog/why-net-neutrality-problem … via @CatoInstitute

Also love the fact that someone seems to think that Bill Nelson and Cato agree and that keeping Obama's rules is good for competition. Quite the opposite actually.

or you know broadband companies can just charge u extra for using other websites and slowing down their speed because they don't own a part of google.

For an industry that has been fighting a la carte channel offering, I highly doubt they would suddenly start charging customers for specific website usage.

Nowhere does this state increased cost for accessing any website. And you know what, if you don't like what Verizon is doing, AT&T, Cricket, MetroPCS, Spring, T-Mobile, Virgin Mobile, Boost, Straight Talk, Xfinity Mobile, and MANY others are willing to help you make the switch.

We need for you and the Senate to stop the madness in our country and put a stop to this administration's reckless behavior of governing! As a constituent I ask you put in place laws to stop the deconstruction of America as we know it! They are in this for themselves! Disgusting
