        1. It is difficult to imagine a more self defeating US legal system than one that makes unauthorized entry of illegal aliens into the US a criminal offense. However once on US soil, allows the birth of illegal alien babies, birthright citizenship at the expense of US taxpayers.🤔

        2. United States v. Wong Kim Ark, 169 US 649 1898. That proves children of illegal aliens was never meant to be US citizens according to the 14th Amendment.         Didn’t even need this example. The author of the amendment stated clearly that it does extend to Native Americans or foreign Nationals.

        However, Republican President Calvin Coolidge granted US Citizenship to all US #NativeAmericans in 1924. Republican Congress granted citizenship to all Native Americans born in the US, even after the Indian Citizenship Act. @AmericanIndian8 @Nativeesoul @SmithsonianNMAI

        Fact is, it did take more than half of US States to adhere to the new 1924 Federal Law, some as as high as 3 decades, but evidently all 50 States have acknowledged that all Native Americans are truly Americans, I personally think #NativeAmericans are the First True Americans.

        How come Native Americans weren't covered under the 14th Amendment? They didn't get citizenship until the 1924 Indian Citizenship Act.

        Wrong Bill, it doesn't say that. The 14th amendment does say, "All persons born or naturalized in the United States and subject to the jurisdiction thereof, are citizens of the United States and of the State wherein they reside." Illegal aliens are not subject to the jurisdiction

        It actuallly states more than that Bill. Read the WHOLE admrndment; not just the first sentence. The issue has NOT been settled yet by the Supreme Court. Another reason why you need to go. You just tote the party line. don’t think for yourself or the St. of FL. We deserve better.
