Any plan that allows oil drilling even one inch closer to Florida’s shores is unacceptable. Here’s the letter I just sent to Secretary Zinke:pic.twitter.com/hzFoItAgJz

@ForOurFutureFL @FLGovScott @GwenGraham Sen. Nelson, thank you for standing up for your constituents on Florida drilling. We all know Scott was lying & just pulling another political stunt when he told us not to worry. Keep up the fight! #VoteBlue2018

So did the Iran deal. Obviously there are environmental concerns and prettty clear Florida residents don't want it.

Do you remember blow-out of the oil rig of Louisiana coast? That blow-out destroyed the shrimping and fishing industry along the Florida coast all the way to the Keys. What do you think would have happened when Irma hit? Or, if we have a direct hit to the West Coast of Florida by

I live on FL Gulf coast and had shrimp just the other day. It was delicious. Our fishing industry is thriving. The more immediate threat appears to be red tide blooms from Lake Okeechobee freshwater releases.

During the Deep Horizon oil rig blow-out you wouldn't have been able to get shrimp from the Gulf. Many shrimpers businesses were damaged by the oil spill and so was the shrimp and fish. Red Tide Bloom is another disaster needing to be remedied too.

This is why you have been our Senator for as long as you have. Rick Scott has nothing on you. He will be 100% trump supporter and will not cross party lines. We've already seen him playing footsies w/trump. Senator Nelson keep up w/the good representation.

Anyone confirm Zinke approved contracts for drilling off Florida coast? Allegedly provided drilling would begin 90 days post 2017 election. Zinke allegedly asked for 2nd delay when Scott announced for Senate. Whistleblowers step up please.
