Instead of lurching from one short-term spending measure to another, the #omnibus provides some much needed certainty. It includes a #FireFix that is particularly important to Colorado, and invests in #cleanenergy, LWCF, #infrastructure & #opioid abuse prevention & treatment.

Of course, @SenBennetCO and his new best friend @SenCoryGardner both support massive deficits and a huge growth in government! Colorado deserves better! #copolitics #Omnibus #TaxationIsTheft #Colorado #Politics

Let me guess: You're not talking about the 1.5 trillion dollar tax cut. "Taxation is theft" is a simple-minded bit of idiocy for simple-minded people. Try living a "nasty brutish and short" life without roads and clean water. Or quit swilling objectivist nonsense. #copolitics

The new fiscal year started in Oct 2017...how is a bill passed in March not considered lurching?? If I performed this poorly in my job I wouldn’t have a job. Everyone in Congress, the Senate and the House needs a new performance appraisal process cuz y’all are failing.

Where is the personal responsibility in barrowing money? You sound as if the govt should be wiping your nose for you as well. No society advances when it must be dumbed downed to the idiots. Learn and take responsibility for your actions which includes signing contracts!

I’ve never defaulted on a loan. In fact, I’ve always made money on each real estate deal I’ve done. I’ve never paid one penny in credit card interest and always buy autos with cash. I don’t allow “predators” in my domain. I bet you can’t say that about yourself?

65-32 We The People are so disappointed in you all. Passing a bill no one has read, in the middle of the night, that increases our debt by billions of dollars.

POS obama campaigned that he would half the debt he was inheriting from bush. Instead, he more than DOUBLED IT! What did we get for all that debt: wealthier health insurers, crumbling infrastructure, $600billion trade deficit, poorer education system, legislation from the benchpic.twitter.com/j4DFQ9N7mu

@SenBennetCO - You did not answer the question that so many people are wondering about... Why did you sign off on the omnibus bill when it does NOTHING to help DREAMers?? I'm sure you're aware that this is is top of mind for many of your constituents.

Quit bullshitting the people who hired you about this being progress. You don't even know what you voted for. 2000+ pages and jammed through to keep legislators from reading it. You rarely fail to disappoint.

But at least you're not Gardner, right? Sadly, you're both sailing along on a sea of lobbyists, polling numbers, and political gestures calculated to look spiffy without requiring risk. I've never had the sense that you listen to constituent input as much as manage it.
