If @senatemajldr can hold open a Supreme Court vacancy for more than 400 days, the FBI can surely spend the time required for a formal investigation.

Thank you Senator Bennet. Also based on his vitriolic, farcical testimony yesterday, at this time he’s not ready, or have the temperament to serve a life term on the Supreme Court.

Here is how the FBI investigation goes. They talk to the accuser, accused and the named witnesses. Nobody changes their story from their sworn statements and testimonies. The FBI gives it all back to the Committee and nothing new is learned. Quit being such a tool.

FBI gives a yes/no/??? on the believability scale. Lying to FBI is a crime. Kavanaugh's nominee for SCOTUS. That's what makes this necessary.

Lying under oath to the judiciary Judiciary Committee is also a crime. The exact same crime as lying to the FBI, will their stories magically change?

Nah Paul. Lying to the FBI is a felony. People can and do go to prison for lying to the FBI. Including people from the Trump campaign. Recently. When was the last time someone became an imprisoned, convicted felon for lying to the judiciary committee?

Technically lying to SJC is a felony, but I doubt it's enforced frequently, if ever.

Bullsh*t Bennet.Again U R revealed as nothing more than a corrupt democrat incapable of thinking, only capable of repeating corrupt democrat talking points. Why did @SenFeinstein sit on this for months? Why did she leak Ford’s letter? Could have investigated during those 2 months

If I were in her shoes, I would have asked @SenBennetCO and @SenCoryGardner to do the same thing as she asked Feinstein to do and to keep my story confidential. She did it to protect her constituent's rights. Isn't that what you'd want your Reps to do for you too?

This is why victims don't report. They are vilified if they do and vilified if they don't. Just for a second can you imagine how she must feel? Her privacy has been violated. Her life has been turned upside down. There are millions who r victimized every year & stay silent.

Yes! And tell Dr Ford to go kick @SenFeinstein ‘s ass for leaking the letter & accusations. If Dr Ford wanted “Justice” she should have gone to MD law enforcement authorities. If she wanted to influence a political situation....go to a Corrupt Liberal Democrat congressperson

Would that include all communications with the Democratic party and the viral video of Ford's lawyer receiving an envelope from Sheila Jackson, and searches for any payments making sure these are not false accusations?

This is a great argument, but I think that women are now looking at his demeanor yesterday, Senator, and are appalled. He was angry and confrontational and paranoid - those are not the attributes ANY judge should have, much less a Supreme Court justice.

No they can’t because the GOP wants to ram this down our throats while they still have power. Brett will forever have an asterisk next to his name and now the American people know that he is a liar with no morals or character except his own white male priveledge.
