With so much at stake—including executive power and oversight, health care and reproductive rights, campaign finance, environmental regulations, and workers’ rights—the Senate cannot fulfill its constitutional duty to advise and consent without access to his complete record.

By moving forward with these hearings, Senate Republicans are depriving the American people of a full, fair, and open confirmation process.

Please get
@SenCoryGardner to stand with you and for what is right. Regardless if you like Kavanaugh's "position" under the law on things, the@GOP has completely disregarded the process and appropriate protocal in which a person is considered and presented for hearing.#WRONG -
@SenCoryGardner, I also urge you - as a constituent, a woman, a mother, and a human - to vote against Kavanaugh. If you don't, please know that a recall election is already under discussion. -
Dislike everything about Kavanaugh and fear Dems are not putting enough pressure on anywhere. Really wish Bennet would be vocal and get on Gardner !

You already have more documents on him than the last three nominees combined.
-
Yeah right. They dumped 42,000 pages the night before hearings. What is the GOP hiding?
-
And Democrats would of done the same thing if was their nominee.

-
Except a) they didn't and b) most of the documents they DID release were copies of the same thing. More lies from the GOP, what a surprise!

The only thing your constituents want to hear is you will vote against a man who has no interest in the rule of law who was nominated by a man who has no interest in the rule of law
