At the very least, we should not hold confirmation hearings until the National Archives has published all of the documents from Judge Kavanaugh’s public service.

Confirmation against a censored database is at his own risk. Failure to disclose material information during the confirmation can be grounds for future impeachment. A person of true integrity would INSIST that their entire record be considered.
-
His integrity is obviously questionable is he’s hiding his record. It already appears that he lied under oath.
#WhatAreTheyHiding -
He could probably already be Impeached because of his prior lies to Congress!
-
Hard to believe that they would potentially paint themselves into such a strategically weak position unless the documents are truly disqualifying.

Trump is under investigation. He and Giuliani have already said they will take it to SCOTUS. No hearing, no confirmation until Trump is cleared. It's very simple.

You've already gotten 4x more than any other candidate in history PLUS 300 written decisions, but I suppose, as your leader says, "You've got to confirm him to know what's in him." Your background in education suggests you should be much smarter than you demonstrate.
-
Senate had 99% of Kagan's documents before hearings. Not so with Kavanaugh.
#WhatAreTheyHiding? -
99% of what? They have 4X more on Kavanaugh than ANY prior candidate. PLUS over 300 written opinions. What a clerk handles for his boss has NOTHING to do with the qualifications of the clerk. Democratic smoke screen.
-
Just because Kavanaugh has more paperwork detailing his career than any of the others that came before him, means nothing. You don’t hire someone for a lifetime appointment without their WHOLE resume and accompanying info being reviewed.
#NoToKavanaugh -
What could you possibly learn about the CLERK when they only handle the papers of their boss? Those papers, even if they can be identified at this point in time, were Bush's, not Kavanaugh's.
-
Who is talking about a clerk?

Thx.
@Xaron4. I was just thinking that. But to be fair, EVERYTHING that man has said since becoming a judge has to be review. Everything from decisions, side bars, interviews, notes, transcripts of every hearing he has ever presided over. Every testimony he has given, everything. -
Continuing..everything from speeches, interviews, we need to see sealed decisions, closed door discussions during trails, his interpretations of laws throughout his career. Everything should be consider when appointing to

Dude, you read them. You can release them. Be a patriot and real hero of the American people and just do the right thing. Don't ask others to do what you can do yourself.

@SenFeinstein Thank you for what you do. I know that after 15 yrs Army and multiple deployments it is people like you who make the real difference and are our last hope to save this nation. If I'm ever in your area I've got your back.

Please vote against Kavanaugh. Trump should not be allowed to nominate anybody to the supreme court while he is under investigation since a Trump related case may come before the court as a result of that investigation.
-
Especially in light of the fact that Trump chose the one person from the Federalissimo thug list who has gone on record as saying the president is above not only prosecution, but any investigation whatsoever.
