Today I met with a group of Puerto Rican families whose homes were destroyed by Hurricane Maria. Eight months later, they are among 7,000 families living in short-term housing throughout the country.pic.twitter.com/A58C1QOfkP

Puerto Rican children and families continue to suffer from Hurricane Maria’s devastation. We cannot stand idly by as our fellow American citizens still lack access to shelter, water, and power. They deserve more from all of us.
So what do we DO about it? If you and your colleagues on the right can't get FEMA to keep helping these AMERICAN CITIZENS then what do we, as citizens, do? Because complaining about what the current administration isn't doing...it's just not working. Action. Please.
Who you going to tax for that?
