  Agree.I've wondered why Congress has gifted it's powers to the Exec Branch. Congress will have no purpose if they allow & advocate for the Executive Branch to make it's decisions. Just like McConnell is going to work closely with WH attorneys on the defense of Donald Trump. Why?
