Government Accountability Office said Trump broke the law when he withheld US security aid to Ukraine last year that had been appropriated by Congress. He violated the Impoundment Control Act 1974 law that limits the White House from withholding funds Congress has appropriated.

I guess even begging by citizens wasn’t enough for Lamar to do the right thing. He is retiring so I don’t understand this decision and lack of backbone. He is helping to doom America.

Actually many, many more people want just the opposite. Poll numbers for witnesses, documents, & testimony is near 79%. The ONLY people not wanting more info are the one's wanting to rush the process, to hide any new evidence. Like the almost daily info from Les Parnas, or Bolton
