Oh, i have one, there is a health difference between eating vegetables with olive oil and cooking with it? (A doctor told me once it was bad to cook with olive oil, but he is mediocre AF so i don’t believe him.)

Most olive oil is partially rancid. Also, it is not stable at warm temps so given how people typically handle OO (keeping it over or near the warm stove for instance) it isn't the best choice for cooking. Lard is better. It cooks at a higher temp and is shelf stable longer.

But what is a good brand? I have read that many are actually adulterated by other oils.
