Jumping off this. For sake of arg, let’s take a premise. I vote straight GOP. Many others do as well. We win again. A less cucky Congress, wider Senate margin. Yet again: promises were made & if we just go vote, THIS time they’ll keep their promises. How do we hold them to it?https://twitter.com/SelimSeesYou/status/1047882006640676864 …

Not gonna tell you what to do, but midterms are typically seen, fairly or unfairly, as a referendum on the incumbent president.
-
Indeed. That’s one of the big reasons I’d vote GOP rn even if what I really want to do is punish them. I want my president to win. He wins by proxy if Dems fail.

I think I want to keep winning while trump is in power because it’s making the dems go crazy
-
Indeed. That’s what I want as well. I want the wall & so much more too. But doing it for the lulz is it’s own reward in a way. I like watching them lose.

As they spiral into insanity it seems to be pushing normie republicans in our direction

It's tough. We will likely end up with some do-nothing cons but that's better than ending up with progressives (but not by much). The focus needs to be before the generals. All non-MAGA republicans need to be thrown out on their asses.

When Paul Ryan is gone, we need jim jordan, or Steve Scalise as speaker of the house. The new leader will be able to push much more good things through Congress than cuck ryan.

We need a Trump branded party to break through the duopoly that strangles true disruption in the political landscape that exists today.

Nothing is going to happen, but GOP needs to win seats to avoid impeachment, plus the meltdown from the "Resistance" will be funny.
