It has to be said that a lot of the blame for this goes on conservatives. They started this whole "corporations are people" nonsense. They should have never been allowed to be this powerful but "muh free market!" These are the consequences of ideological capitalism.

I mean seriously what's the first thing the GOP does when they get into power? Tax cuts for their corporate masters! They only have themselves to blame if they lose. You reap what you sow. Hope the campaign donations were worth it.
