Wouldn't a journalist write down the lies, then discredit the same lies in an impartial article while citing multiple named sources? Instead of having a shouting match in the press room with Sarah Sanders? It would go a lot further than the petty BS I've seen so far.

That hasn't been my experience. I see the press constantly publish stories which fall apart within 12 hours of publication.

Plenty of facts change: Benghazi was started spontaneously by a YouTube video, then it was later found to be planned. If you liked your doctor you could keep him, then the facts changed & you couldn’t. I didn’t have classified emails on my server, then facts changed & I did.
