I feel certain I saw people in January complaining of "coughing since Thanksgiving" and "it got better and then a whole lot worse recently" in late January.
DC’s Office of Chief Medical Examiner is looking back at old cases as far as December 2019 to determine if there were any #COVIDー19 deaths prior to March 2020. DC OCME began expanding death investigation questions to include #coronavirus symptoms back in January. @nbcwashington

I had one of the most acute cases of flu that I remember in early January, right after arriving from an international trip. I used azithromycin and was back to normal in 2/3 days. I still wonder if I was one of those early cases...
