Overall, it’s about time we take a long, serious look at all the regulations that have held back America’s affordable housing supply—especially multi-family housing— from keeping pace with demand. #50YearsFurtherpic.twitter.com/3VwrChTLai

What about single senior citizens, widows, and unmarried young people? Can't we have buildings to live in that aren't sick cuz they shifted on the foundation so bad the whole building is full of water and mold?

I believe any benefits paid to a person with a job is corporate welfare, unless the person doesn't strive to be more then a burger flipper. That's their right to choose a low paying job, but its not the government's job to subsidize their poor choices. Hamburger jobs are for kids

Ben.... Closing contracts then shuttering HuD would be the 1st step in stopping this fake fair housing oversight issue. No more HuD... No more HUD problem.

Hello Ben, it would be good if 10% of the military budget is allocated to guarantee housing for the most needy, it is an order from God: because you did not do it to one of these my younger brothers..

What does our military budget have to do with housing, we waste billions in other branches of government, if you so choose to subsidize someone's lack of income.

Agree, low income and susidised housing seems to be in crisis.
