When a family of 4 flies for under $200, I think a tip is in order

Why doesn't the family of four just pay $220 so the flight attendants can focus on passenger safety, comfort, and ease of embarking and disembarking? Are they going to do another beverage service for only some passengers? Do we have to tip the pilots for less turbulence too?
