More coverage is a good thing, but the proper spread of risk was undermined when
@GOP killed risk corridors 2 years ago. This can be fixed -
3) This report is biased by excluding many states worked WITH
#Obamacare for their citizens and including all the states that fought#ACA... -
...for purely political purposes. 4) Remaining difference is due to faulty comparison of different data pools between 2013 & 2017.
