        It wasn't better for me or for many WORKING people I know who are self insured and became eligible for ACA subsidies.

        1) A quarter of this is due to rising health care costs, independent of #ACA. 2) Much of the increase is due to more people getting coverage

        More coverage is a good thing, but the proper spread of risk was undermined when @GOP killed risk corridors 2 years ago. This can be fixed
