NOT like to feel any pain. So if you fail to treat, you are a bad doc. Then you get low HCAPS scores Then Medicare decreases reimbursements

I'm pretty familiar with the guidelines. My point is that those are guidelines but it also acknowledges that it's not a simple solution.

Check out instances of abuse in children < 12 & teen overdose or death. The first rule of medicine is to do no harm, but this has been lost.
