The USS Princeton had been tracking these UFOs, which would appear at 80,000 feet, drop to about 50 feet above the water in less than 2 seconds, and hover over the water for a while. Then they would leave radar range or shoot back up into the sky.

I don't know a lot about encryption but when I hear other people talking about it they always debunk the other person's encryption that they say is so great. So is commercial encryption of transactions sufficient right now? Not at all
