You are so right. The US has a long history of partnership in supporting and staging coups and conducting assassinations in Latin America. Like the notorious School of the Americas based in Georgia.

Please stop whitewashing. The US record in Latin America is the best example of bullying, coup, assassinations, and wars.

Mr. Secretary, I really do not know the answer to the following question:
What’s the difference between “Latin America” and “Central America”? I prefer to refer to the region as “Central America,” unless there is at least one distinct difference that I am simply unaware, Sir.

I apologize, you asked an earnest question and you were answered by TwitterFools. Ignore them, they are not worth your time. Central America is considered a part of Latin America, think in terms of countries invaded by European countries with Latin based languages. 1 of 2

It is about time we are paying attention to critical infrastructure investment needs in Latin America. I hope in the process it regenerates a competitive construction companies in the US that can compete globally with #Chinese in scale and implementation alibi using local labor.

Ending the war on drugs, and thereby ending cartel rule, must be part of the strategy, or it is doomed from the outset.
