We will NEVER win the war on ISIS and defeat Muslim Brotherhood terrorists without (“Strategic Plan” for Political Transition in Syria). I’ve worked with Syrian experts on developing such integrated plan and sent it to State Department last year but didn’t receive any feedback!!

No, Mr Secretary. The US is NOT in Syria to rid Syria of Israel's ally, ISIS. The US is in Syria to carve out a Kurdistan for Israel's other ally, the SDF Kurds. That's nothing to be proud of - it's illegal under international law - and downwright unAmerican.
