It is still up to the states to order the doses available to them. As of this morning: Michigan had yet to order ~7% (60k doses) of their total Order Cap Oregon ~9% (40K doses) Wisconsin ~14% (80K doses) Over 4M more second doses will be available Sunday

...the supply chain to provide 2nd doses for states. We have always said we would move to this phase. This is & has been completely clear and transparent. The effort of some governors to mislead the American people to distract from their own distribution failures is unfortunate.

What we announced this week was that we are releasing the remaining reserved second doses according to the established cadence—ensuring second doses would be available at the right interval—and that going forward we'd no longer have a reserve of second doses, but would use...

Here are the facts. We had a stockpile of reserved second doses from December. We started releasing those second doses at the end of December so people could get their second doses. We progressively continued that release.
