We’re pleased to announce a proposed rule to open up more access to lower-cost #healthcare options.http://go.usa.gov/xnF6z

This will only lower health care costs for healthy, young people (who better hope they don’t end up needed comprehensive cvg). Older, sicker folks who need help will disproportionately suffer.

Why should people who work really hard to stay healthy pay jacked up rates to cover obese, unhealthy people with 5 chronic conditions and 10 medications?

Because chronic conditions happen to everyone regardless of weight, dna, zip code, economic status. We are all walking pre-existing conditions if we live long enough.

For those of us facing $20,000 a year premiums, this gives us an option.

Sure, but I’d rather we fix the law to better help your family than take away access for the many sick people who will be priced out of coverage under these regulations.

If you really cared you would be working on getting a single-payer system so employees would not have to worry about changing jobs and losing their coverage. Administration always says go find a better job but if you're stuck with your Healthcare you cannot.

Why do you keep repeating lies about the Canadian Healthcare System, and other single-payer systems around the world. I don't see them flocking to a for-profit healthcare system

I’m hopeful that this Administration can do better than the last one. Let insurance companies compete for our business, even across state lines. Have the cost for tests and procedures made public so the people can choose what hospital/clinics to go to.Pre exis
