How is the mandatory rest period supposed to work for nannies who take care of children who do not take naps?

It’s listed in the file. It’s literally 10 minutes – e.g. kiddo playing independently while nanny makes coffee in the kitchen and sits for a moment. The nanny can remain on-call if the kiddo needs them. If their break is interrupted they get paid 10 extra mins for missing break.
