Terrible. These Rohingya refugees fled from Myanmar to the United States in order to escape violence and discrimination only to be met with more violence and discrimination.

🥳🥳With bipartisan support, the anti-Asian hate crimes bill passes the Senate 94-1, with only Republican Sen. Josh Hawley voting against the bill!

I applaud the Senate for passing, with bipartisan support, Senator ’s COVID-19 Hate Crimes Act to address the surge in anti-Asian hate crimes. It’s time for the House to move quickly to pass this bill so that we can help .

Islamic is trending. Don't even have to click on it. Let me guess: Right wing outrage & racism over the identity of the Boulder shooter. Meanwhile crickets on gun reform & white supremacist terrorism, the #1 domestic threat in America. Somehow Trump will be seen as "tough."

Inspired by the turnout at my neighborhood Asian American and Pacific Islander community support rally! We must continue teaching our daughters to fight against racism and misogyny and to stop the fetishization of Asian women!

A bad day is no excuse for murdering 8 people. The mass shooting in Atlanta is a prime example of how racism and misogyny kill. Stop excusing this murderous act and hold the shooter to account!

Not trying to learn more about how it was a “bad day” for the murderer from the media. Tell me more about the victims and how they didn’t deserve this. Humanize them. Lets talk about their stories.

Horrific! I've been reading about unprovoked attacks against Asian Americans nearly every day - w/ almost no coverage by the mainstream media. Now, a shooter targets massage parlors & kills 7 women & 1 man, 6 of whom are Asian! LISTEN We're being targeted!

Community and political leaders need to continue speaking up and denouncing anti-Asian violence, and officials need to ensure those who carry out criminal offenses are held to account.

It is absurd that some Democrats think we should tell a worker making $52,000 a year that they are "too rich" and cannot get the full $2000 benefit we promised. It makes no sense to me, nor do I think it makes sense to the American people.
