It seems likely, for example, that AZ will win the VRA case. But there are a wide variety of ways that opinion can be written. AZ Dems could even conceivably "win" the case while losing, depending on how it is written.

It seems likely that Alito is writing the Free Exercise case, which seems to suggest that liberals are both going to lose and not particularly like the outcome, even though you might have a liberal justice or two concur in the judgment for the particular outcome.

Likewise seems likely that Roberts has the O-Care case. Almost certain that conservatives lose that one, perhaps unanimously, but again, *how* they lose can be consequential, and Roberts has a way of achieving doctrinal victory while taking a policy defeat.
