    Counting ballots after Election Day to change the results in multiple states is unprecedented and seems at odds w/Federal law requiring states pick their electors on Election Day. Counting ballots in secret is against the law and has fatally compromised results in Pennsylvania.

    Pennsylvanians deserve an election process that is fair, transparent & conducted with the utmost integrity. Thousands of provisional ballots remain to be counted in the & it is premature to call elections until all legal votes are counted & challenges resolved.

    This article by is inaccurate. I have done tons of national & local media in recent weeks, including a 2 hr meeting w/your editorial board. And I’ve released a statement to the media that makes my position clear: count every legal vote & investigate irregularities.

    I changed my residence to the great state of Pennsylvania early this year. I voted absentee for in the same way many members of our military vote. Last night I checked the PA voting records and they did not count my vote!

    Legal source: Trump campaign in PA has obtained a court order which effectively means thousands of provisional ballots will be set aside for up to 6 days. This comes after Trump lawyers found out Dems were informing their voters to "cure" their own side's mail-in ballots.

    When you’re breaking the law, ignoring court orders, counting ballots in secret & threatening to steal the presidency, it’s not “PA’s business.” It’s America’s business, and we have the right to expect votes will be counted (1) fairly, (2) w/ transparency & (3) NOT in secret.

    I asked to respond to Ted Cruz’s attacks on Philly’s voting system on Fox last night. His answer: “ should know better. And he should also stay the hell out of Pennsylvania’s business.”

    KY Dem Ed Pritchard was convicted of voter fraud in 1949 for fraudulently casting 254 votes. His biographer said: “the untidy truth was that widespread vote fraud was America’s dirty little secret . . .” Elections with millions of mail ballots makes fraud more likely not less.
