You’re absolutely right! It must ALL be systematically worked on simultaneously. Education of mental illness, rehabilitation programs, emotional distress and conflict resolution, etc is all important. But until we get there we must also have a Chief whose willing to mediate! SPJ-

I hear you, but putting all the blame on one person might be a stretch IMHO. For instance, it’s kind of a joke when we have so many churches in an area that’s riddled with crime. How does that look? We as people have to take a better stance and addressing our plight

Not disagreeing at all! This particular issue is that homicides in the city are on the rise and there’s clearly no direction of leadership on how to curb such a rise. But you’re absolutely right. It takes us ALL wrkg and not just tlkg about it. Join me in helping fix this!
