If you still bring as much value to your viewers as you can then it is only getting easier.

I think the main point being made is with all the noise and people polluting the space with poor advertising and marketing tactics it can be difficult and gives a false sense of saturation of ads/marketing. But you are right, adding value is a great way to cut through the noise.

I get what you are saying about the main point. What I am trying to get at is it may seem harder but it has also never been easier. More and more viewers have joined aswell as creators. The way to break through is still the same. Make good content and have a decent ad process :)

There's not just more noise, there's also more competition. It's easy to say "just produce good content", but there are now more people producing "good content" than there were 10 years ago. There may be more "bad" people that are easier to beat but there are as many good also.

The more work you put out and the better work you put out and the little bit of smart advertising you improve your potential breakthrough more and more dramatically. Its never been a more free and open opportunity till now. All it takes is one person to see and share it.

I believe strongly in that, keep building and producing and eventually you will have such a mountain of quality content it would be hard not to see. Just building it is tough when everyone around you has hills.
-
I know what you mean Sean but you shouldn't compare yourself to others. Only you see the world and your work through your eyes. That is something others will never have and why its important to just work on your content and not compare it to others :)

It's always better for your mental health to not compare yourself to others ...just be aware everyone else will though.
