Wish he wouldn’t have said this, but he isn’t wrong. The team had major issues. Ainge could’ve traded some guys at the deadline. Stevens could’ve established a clear hierarchy and/or roles for the players

Stevens can't handle strong personalities. It's why Ainge drafted and acquired players who were more laid back. Imagine Stevens trying to run the 2008 Celtics? Oh boy.

Hes saying exactly what the front office want him to say. Both Ainge and Stevens said they were to blame. Plus he also admits he was part of it, just like all the other guys.. So why would they be mad?
