Yes I listened to the video. He is saying that being “tough on crime” and 3 strikes rules are racist. Don’t keep communities in tact and don’t prevent crime. Nothing to do with how laws are racist.

Yes, it is a law. But how is "3 strikes" racist? If someone can't follow the rules of a civilized society (repeatedly) then there are consequences. Are you racist by implying that black people are not able to understand and follow the laws of society?

I can point to all kinds of things from 60 years ago and beyond that are racist.
