    So disappointed to see make the legacy of the residential school a partisan game. Any attempt at defending these damaging policies only serves to hurt the families and survivors more.

    NEW: In a recent Zoom call, Erin O’Toole shared tips with campus conservatives on how to win a debate with Liberals about residential schools. He suggested the architects of the schools only meant to ‘provide education’ to Indigenous children.

    Today, we announced over $5 million in federal funding to build additional classroom space at West Royalty Elementary School. Thanks to this addition, West Royalty Elementary School will now be able to meet the growing needs of our community for years to come.

    Charlottetown has joined a network of over 100 cities, with 30 in Canada, who have reported standardized and independently verified . Charlottetown is now poised to measure and compare its progress on important issues such as climate change, housing, and food security.
