    Multigrain batard looking mighty fine. Used a King Arthur Flour recipe (454g sourdough, 198g whole wheat, 206g AP, 142g of grains and seeds, plus yeast, oil, water, etc). The grains include equal parts: flax, kamut, farro, rye, oats, flaked oats, buckwheat, barley, sunflower…
