    This study needs to be discussed regularly. Current-day provider bias perpetuates health inequities. In 2016 (!), med students & residents believed Black people had thicker skin & aged more slowly than whites influencing pain treatment recommendations.

    I just emailed about what it’s like for many UW biomedical research grad students trying to safely get back and forth from lab to class from SLU and the Hutch without Eastlake bike lanes. Eastlake is both a neighborhood AND a thoroughfare— a literal path for cures.
