    ✅UPDATE: The problem in Gillingham depot has been resolved and the 04:18 Gillingham to Paddock Wood service on Friday morning will run as booked, from Gillingham. The replacement bus has been cancelled also.

    ⚠️Unfortunately, due to a problem in Gillingham depot, the 04:18 Gillingham to Paddock Wood service tomorrow (Friday) morning will only start from Strood. ❌It will not call at Gillingham, Chatham or Rochester. 🚌A replacement bus will depart Gillingham at 04:18.

    ⚡️ 👇 ANSWERS 👇 🌞 🚂 Well done if you identified this classic image of SUNDRIDGE PARK. Opened in 1878, this was originally named PLAISTOW (no, not that one, another one!). 🌿 Still remains one of our most pleasant and well-bloomed stations on the network.

    If you travel between Orpington and Lewisham or Grove Park and Bromley, please plan ahead. Essential track improvement work is being carried out in the Grove Park area over several weekends in late June (including this weekend) and throughout July.

    From Saturday 7 to Sunday 15 August inclusive, there will be no trains between Maidstone East and Ashford International while engineering work to prevent landslips at is carried out. Replacement buses will run. More info:

    ⚠️Update: The Trespasser at has been apprehended and power will shortly be returned to the line once it is cleared, so trains can begin to move through. 🚄Trains will still be subject to delays & alterations as we aim to get the service back to proper running time.

    🏌️ From Tue 13 to Sun 18 July we’re running a special timetable with extra trains between St Pancras & Sandwich for . As we’re running additional Highspeed services it means that will be some changes to trains across Kent between 13 and 18 July.

    A special timetable will be running from 13 - 18 July for The Open Golf, with some changes to servcies across Kent. Please check before you travel using the link in the tweet.

    ⚠️Update: We have had confirmation that power has been turned off at following confirmation of a Trespasser on the line. Staff are working hard to safely remove the trespasser but some trains may be subject to alterations and delays.

    ℹ️ INFO: One of our high speed trains was damaged by a fallen tree last month and is out of service for repairs. Some high speed services will be shorter than usual, details below.👇 To find a service that maybe quieter use our SeatFinder tools .

    High speed shortages One of our high speed trains was damaged in May, by a fallen tree on the railway, and is currently out of service for repairs. The following trains will have 6 coaches instead of 12. 06.48 Margate to St Pancras (arr 08.12) 16.25 St Pancras to Faversham (arr17.31) 18.55 St Pancras to Faversham (arr 20.03) Social distancing may not be possible on these services. To find a service that maybe quieter use our SeatFinder tools on our website.

    Hi. The Flexi ticket is consistent across the different operators and has been agreed with the Department for Transport. Any changes to the system wouldn't just be a matter for us but would have to be negotiated with the Department for Transport and other operators ^DR
