London folks, we're (@monkchips, I and folks @YLDio) are looking to organise a conference for underrepresented folks in the SRE/distributed systems/infra space. Think @ReactJSgirls but for SRE things. If you'd like to get involved and help organise this thing, pls holler! 
I'd personally love to expand this into a semi-regular meetup in London as well.
