    It is the Police Service of Scotland. They are there to protect all our citizens and all who are staying here. It’s entirely unacceptable that they should be used as enforcers for UKBA. The Scottish Government and the Scottish Police Authority need to act

    If you’re not outraged at this you should go to the shop and pick up a local newspaper and you’ll see countless stories of people getting community service for battering pensioners. How tragic for a once proud Scottish judiciary to become such a shoddy institution

    The 8 month sentence given to Craig Murray is a complete injustice. That the courts would take a father away from his infant child is disgusting. Just because someone gave 2 fingers to the establishment doesn’t mean they can be locked up. Meanwhile the crown protects perjurers.
