Completely agree, SFMTA needs to allow more JUMP bikes than the initial 250 pilot. They are locked on bike racks so don't cause this issue. The demand is there.
SFMTA needs to see how funny it is with 1 or 2 riders in them giant busses at certain times.. why not just use a small van when it's obvious that it's a waste.
If the main problem is the these companies create sidewalk hazards; then the companies should develop ‘mini-spots’ in safe areas and use rfid or other sensors to know if the scooter is in the correct spot. It could even be a collaboration between @SFCityCIO and scooter companies.
