They have special needs. If the school isn't equipped to provide for those needs, the parents shouldn't choose to send them there. They should choose to send them to a school that can properly teach and cultivate them. This is why school choice.

When DeSantis' own Supreme Court appointees ruled he couldn't appoint a justice who hadn't met the constitutional requirements for being a lawyer long enough.
